Hibare Consultancy's story began with the vision of founder, Bheem Hibare. After graduating as an electrical engineer, his journey took him from Gujarat to the burgeoning commercial hub of Navi Mumbai. Here, Mr. Hibare's expertise as a chief electrical contractor, honed during his involvement in the design of Navi Mumbai's first IT park - Millennium Business Park - laid the foundation for his deep understanding of MIDC regulations and liaisoning processes.

Driven by transparency and a commitment to helpingothers, Mr. Hibare quickly established himself as aleading consultant in MBP. His dedication extendedbeyond transactions, creating over 150 jobs through hisreference company and fostering strong relationshipswith MIDC officials.

This dedication to service continues through Mr.Hibare's sons, Pritam and Shashank. Following theireducation, both sons entered the commercial realestate field under their father's guidance, gaininginvaluable knowledge in MIDC liaisoning andpaperwork. Today, they carry forward the Hibarelegacy, committed to helping software and ITescompanies navigate the complexities of obtainingpermissions and resolving paperwork issues.
